What is Flashlight?

You bring a flashlight into the round. It is not a floodlight and it does not run on the breaker. The charge meter sits above the hotbar. There is no published base drain time. In a blackout the beam is modest. The recorded tutorial says to turn it off when hiding because the creature can see it.
